The article presents a comparative law analysis of the general law constitutional principle of Russia and Armenia: the principle of equality of all before the law. The author reviews the history of statutory consolidation of this principle in the Soviet period of Russian and Armenian history, special aspects of consolidation on the constitutional and industrial levels in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Armenia and the role of the principle of equality of all before the law in the law enforcement practice.
