The gauge structures U (1) ×SU (2) ×SU (3), the fermionic spectrum and mixing angles emerge algebraically from the fields ℤ√2, ℚ (√5) and ℚ (√6). Single external input: v=246. 22 GeV. TE V5 establishes: closure of O1–O3 exact algebraic identities, SymPy, partial resolution of O4 (12 exact identities, CKM triangle in ℤ√2, 6 quarks from v with Δ≤4. 1%, Theorem G conditional), new identity √2·σgold=√φ EXACT, and assessment of the coupled FRGE study for deriving v from TC cosmology (reduction to the electroweak hierarchy problem within the truncations explored, §22. 2).
