Dazostinag + CPPT + PTX induced tumor cell apoptosis at 24 hours postintratumoral injection. Staining with the apoptosis marker CC3 showed minimal change at sites with dazostinag alone, a modest increase when treated with carboplatin + paclitaxel, and significantly elevated CC3 at sites with dazostinag + carboplatin + paclitaxel.
