Associative analysis shows positive impacts of work life balance and corporate climate on productivity.
Human resources play a crucial role in achieving the success and sustainable growth of an organization. One of these roles is shown through the achievement of employee work productivity which can have an impact on the overall performance of the organization. Work productivity reflects the efficiency of labor utilization in producing certain outputs. This study aims to analyze the contribution of work life balance, career development, and company climate in increasing the work productivity of CV Pustaka Baru Press Yogyakarta employees. The research method uses an associative quantitative approach. The sampling technique is determined by the saturated sample technique where the sample number is 64 employees. The data analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that work-life balance, career development, and company climate have a significant positive effect on work productivity. Work-life balance has the most dominant influence.
