This study carries out an urban environmental diagnosis of the Manoela Valadares neighborhood area, in Afogados da Ingazeira, PE, focusing on the vicinity of the Valdemar Viana de Araújo Municipal Stadium. The research includes the delimitation of an area of 104,977.3 m², made up of 13 rapidly growing streets, identifying environmental, accessibility and social problems. Data were collected through field visits, bibliographic research, and photographic records. The analysis continued with the systematization in a SWOT matrix, followed by the projection of current and future scenarios using AutoCAD, SketchUp and Twinmotion software. The study reveals urban growth focused on high-end residences, resulting in social segregation and gaps in sustainable development, such as lack of afforestation, mobility, accessibility and public leisure spaces. However, research shows that it is possible to mitigate these problems effectively, taking advantage of local potential to implement improvements.
