Performance analysis of X65MO/F65 welded joints after SMAW and FCAW-G repairs indicates compliance with standards.
This article used performance testing methods to study and analyze the mechanical properties of X65MO+F65 welded joints and welded joints that have undergone two repairs based on DNV-OS-F101-2013, and conducted microstructure analysis on macroscopic specimens. The results showed that after through-thickness repair and through-thickness repeated repair (welded using SMAW and FCAW-G), the properties of the X65MO+F65 joint (originally welded using GMAW and FCAW-G) still meet the relevant standard requirements. In actual production, strict control of the repair procedure can ensure that the mechanical properties of the joint meet the project requirements.
