This study aims to analyze the influence of teachers' professional competence, work motivation, and work discipline on teacher performance, as well as the role of school culture in strengthening the influence of these three variables. This study uses a quantitative approach with primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to private junior high school teachers in Korwil 02 PKSS Semarang, totaling 126 respondents. Secondary data were obtained from school reports and documents, as well as internet sources. Data analysis was carried out using the SPSS program version 25.0. The results of the study show that teachers' professional competence, work motivation, and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. In addition, school culture also has a positive effect on teacher performance and strengthens the relationship between professional competence, work motivation, and work discipline and teacher performance. All hypotheses in this study are accepted. These findings confirm the importance of school culture as a contextual factor that reinforces the influence of individual variables on teacher performance.
