Results. When providing specialized pharmaceutical care to HIV-infected patients, a pharmaceutical worker should be especially attentive to their emotional state. HIV infection is often accompanied by fear, anxiety, and depression. A pharmaceutical worker can help a patient cope with these emotions by providing them with information about the disease, treatment methods, and possible side effects. However, it is important not to violate the boundaries of the patient's personal space and not cause negative emotions in him. When working with HIV-infected patients, a pharmaceutical worker must take into account the specifics of their condition and needs based on the requirements of pharmaceutical ethics and pharmaceutical deontology. The results of the study showed an insufficient level of patient awareness in a number of important areas, which requires improvement of the pharmaceutical counseling system. Conclusion. The study of ethical and deontological aspects of pharmaceutical counseling for HIV-infected patients is an important area that helps pharmaceutical workers improve the quality of their work and ensure more effective interaction in pharmaceutical counseling with HIV-infected patients.
