The algorithm for determining the wage fund for the creation of high-tech products

The article is devoted to the development of an algorithm for determining the wage fund for the creation of high-tech products. The algorithm proposed by the authors of the article is based on the decomposition of research and development work to the level of independent design work, the use of a modified apparatus of the PERT method, statistical data on the complexity of previous projects and taking into account factors affecting the change in the complexity of the implementation of a new project relative to previously performed work. Empirical verification has shown the reliability of the proposed approach. The use of this algorithm contributes to the effective management of the payroll, increases employee motivation and optimizes the financial resources of the organization.
