This article reveals didactic conditions impacting academic success in natural sciences education, highlighting the roles of students and teachers.
The article examines the educational process of medical universities in teaching students the materials of natural sciences, especially biology, chemistry and physics, which are fundamental subjects. It sets out the issues of creating a psychological portrait of those participating in the educational process - students and teachers. Didactic conditions for training are given. They are: the student's nature, his taste, the influence of the environment on academic success, the student's own reflection, his action to determine his own place in society, the scientifically justified planned activities of teachers, the socially integrated systematic work of those involved in the educational process. In this context, the student is considered as a biological unit, a society and its social activities in a single space. The effective directions of the teacher's actions for successful learning are indicated.
