Analysis reveals mirror energy differences in isotopes linked to nucleonic promiscuity, indicating trends with spin.
This study examines the mirror energy differences (MEDNpNn) in valence mirror nuclei isotopes: Zr, Mo, Ru, Pd, Cd, Te, Xe, Ba, Ce and Nd; W, Os, Pt, Hg, Po, Rn, Ra and Th with the same NpNn values. The MEDNpNn increases with spin and decreases with the Nucleonic Promiscuity Factor, P. The MEDNpNn is comparatively smaller in (h-p)-(p-h) systems than in the (h-p)-(p-p) system.
