Under the background of high-quality development of vocational education in the new era, higher vocational colleges need to crack the problem of ‘two skins’ between humanities education and professional education with the leadership of party building. Laiwu Vocational and Technical College, using its Original Intention's Centre as a platform, has systematically analyzed the current challenges in vocational education, including a notable gap in humanistic awareness, fragmented humanistic education, and insufficient integration of humanistic elements.Adhering to a dual-driven approach (combining "red culture" and humanistic cultivation), a two-pronged strategy (balancing theoretical learning and practical education), and a bidirectional empowerment (expanding scale while enhancing quality and efficiency), the college has explored collaborative pathways for humanistic education. Gradually, it has established a "Three Modules, Four Platforms, Five Integrations" humanistic quality cultivation system, achieving synergistic development of "technical hard skills" and "cultural soft skills."
