Qualitative study identifies how PAI teachers facilitate overcoming learning difficulties in students, suggesting critical support strategies.
In learning activities carried out by students, it is not always smooth and as expected; sometimes, they experience difficulties or obstacles in the learning process. This study aims to determine how important the role of PAI teachers in overcoming student learning difficulties, especially in Aqidah Akhlak subjects at MI Raudhatul Amal. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that PAI teachers play an important role as role models, advisors, and supervisors in helping students who have learning difficulties. Factors causing learning difficulties include a lack of understanding of concepts, low motivation to learn, and a lack of support from the family environment. Teachers overcome this with an individual approach, intensive communication with parents, and the use of active and fun learning methods. This research emphasizes the importance of the teacher's role in creating a conducive learning atmosphere that supports students' character development.
