Research shows work motivation and discipline significantly influence employee performance, indicating areas for improvement.
The research conducted at THE HAVEN SUITES Bali Berawa aims to determine the effect partially and simultaneously between Work Motivation (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on Employee Performance (Y), determine the magnitude of the influence of Work Motivation (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) and to find out which variables are more dominantly influencing Employee Performance (Y). The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis techniques with the results of the research analysis that Work Motivation (X1) partially has a positive influence on Employee Performance (Y) with the results obtained tcount = 2.137 > ttable = 1.665. Work Discipline Variable partially has a positive influence on Employee Performance with the results obtained tcount = 2.999 > ttable = 1.665. Based on the F-test, the results of Fcount = 7.634 > Ftable = 3.117 means that there is a simultaneous influence between Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance.
