Quantitative analysis reveals significant effects of work discipline and human resources on employee performance.
The purpose of this study is to investigate employee performance at PT. Sari Segar Husada in South Lampung Regency is impacted by work discipline and the caliber of human resources. This study's quantitative technique employs a questionnaire to gather data from a sample of 100 employees of the business. With a calculated t value higher than the t table and a probability value suggesting significance, the analysis's findings demonstrate that employee performance is significantly impacted by the caliber of human resources. Furthermore, it has been demonstrated that work discipline significantly affects performance, exerting a greater influence than the caliber of human resources. Together, these two factors help to improve employee performance overall, with work discipline and human resource quality accounting for a sizable portion of the variance in employee performance.
