The purpose of this study was to analyze the magnitude of the influence of School Committee’s, the Principal's Performance and the influence of School Committee’s Role along with Principal’s Performance on elementary school quality at Mejobo Kudus. This research is non-experimental and ex post facto type. The population of this study were 368 teachers. The sampling technique in this study was conducted by cluster random sampling. From the research obtained the results that school committee’s role impact positively, Principal’s performance impact positively to. The school committee’s role and principal’s performance are simultaneously has significant effect on school quality.
