Educational Consulting as a Means of Individualization of Training in the Organization of the Educational Process of Future Music and Pedagogical Workers

The article identifies the directions of individualization of training of future music and pedagogical workers (personally-oriented approach to professional training; differentiation of training content according to the individual level of training; construction of individual educational trajectories; consulting support of the educational process). The didactic conditions of educational consulting as a means of individualization of training of future music and pedagogical workers are determined and substantiated: ensuring subject-subject interaction in the learning process (effective implementation of educational consulting is based on partnership interaction between the teacher (consultant) and the student as equal participants in the educational process. This condition provides for open dialogue, pedagogical support, joint search for solutions, which contributes to the formation of personal responsibility of the student for choosing an individual educational trajectory and active inclusion in the process of professional self-growth); use of individualized educational routes and variable forms of learning (educational consulting functions effectively under the conditions of implementing a flexible educational model, which includes variable modules, project activities, individual tasks, selective disciplines that correspond to the interests, abilities and value orientations of the student, which creates the possibility of targeted professional development taking into account the musical talents, pedagogical inclinations and personal requests of the future specialist); systematic and contextual consulting support in the educational process (didactically justified implementation of consulting involves its integration into all stages of professional training: from the stage of adaptation to higher education to the stage of professional self-identification and self-realization. Consulting should be aimed not only at solving situational difficulties, but also at long-term support for the individual development of the student in the context of the content of musical and pedagogical education, practical activity and reflection). The principles on which the implementation of didactic conditions is based are determined: personality-oriented learning; cooperation and pedagogical support; differentiation and individualization; variability; systematicity and consistency; contextuality of learning. It has been proven that in the context of digitalization of the educational space, digital technologies play a key role in implementing the didactic conditions of effective educational consulting aimed at individualizing the training of future music and pedagogical workers.
