Subject. The article addresses the process of modeling strategic decision- making in the context of innovative development of business structures. Objectives. The focus is on development and implementation of economic and mathematical models to optimize the process of strategic decision-making in the innovative development of business structures. Methods. The study draws on economic and mathematical methods and scenario modeling. This combination enables companies not only to adapt to changes, but also to actively shape their future in conditions of constant development and changes in the business environment. Results. I developed economic and mathematical models and methods, created simulation models that allow analyzing and predicting the effectiveness of strategic decisions in a dynamic environment. The novelty of the work lies in an integrated approach to modeling strategic decision-making using economic, mathematical, and simulation models, which makes it possible to improve the quality of resource management, predict results and minimize risks. Conclusions. The integration of models and systems supports the adoption of scientifically sound management decisions that take into account the complexity of business processes and changes in the external environment.
