The modern terms of making decision are described about innovative development of the Ukrainian enterprises and the necessity of construction of mathematical model of forming of strategy of innovative development is reasonable. The conceptual going is offered near forming of innovative strategy, that is based on the necessity of timely analysis and prognostication of the most expedient trajectories of development of enterprise. Description of totality of mathematical methods and models is presented, that are a tool of influence on the certain object of management with the purpose of achievement of concrete result of innovative activity. A mathematical model over of forming of innovative strategy of enterprise, that includes prognostication, account of priorities and limitations, is brought, optimization of criterion of efficiency at determination of consumer properties of innovative products and at allocation of financial resources on realization of alternative strategies of investment development.
