This paper aims to explore how comprehensive quality education and educational system innovation can improve the quality of rural education, promote the all-round development of students, and cultivate high-quality educational talents. By analyzing the current state of primary school quality education in rural areas and the education system in poverty-stricken regions, this paper proposes corresponding implementation strategies and policy suggestions, aiming to provide theoretical support and practical references for educational equity and quality improvement.
