Role of Village Owned Enterprises in Developing the Sumber Gempong Tourist Attraction in Ketapanrame Village, Trawas District, Mojokerto Regency, East Java

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing and describing the role of village-owned enterprises in developing the Sumber Gempong tourist attraction. This research uses a qualitative method using a descriptive approach. The theory used in this research has 3 indicator components, namely, motivator, facilitator and dynamist. the first is that a motivator is needed so that the tourism business continues to run and the role of the Bumdes as a motivator is to encourage the community to move and manage these natural tourism objects, secondly, the government's role as a facilitator is to create conditions that are conducive to the implementation of development in optimizing regional development, thirdly, the government's role as a dynamist is to encourage community participation in the development process and maintain the dynamics of regional development.
