The challenges of Islamic boarding schools in general are to improve human resources, facilities, and attract public interest. The high competition in the world of education to improve quality and be in demand by the community makes Islamic boarding schools compete to improve the resources and facilities they have. This is not easy for the Imam Bukhori Islamic boarding school which for 6 years has not been able to increase the enthusiasm of its students. The purpose of this study is to analyze the problems and provide solutions for the Imam Bukhori Islamic boarding school. The research method uses qualitative descriptive with a phenomenological approach. Data collection includes interviews, observations and documentation.
