Application of the Congregational Tahajjud Prayer Program in Improving the Discipline of SMAMDA Boarding School Sidoarjo Students

This research is based on the importance of forming discipline and obedience to worship of students to Allah. The purpose of this study is first, to describe the application of the congregational tahajjud prayer program in improving the discipline of SMAMDA boarding school students. Second, describing the implications of the congregational tahajjud program in improving student discipline. Third, describing efforts to overcome the obstacles faced in implementing the congregational tahajjud prayer program in improving the discipline of SMAMDA boarding school students. The research approach uses a qualitative approach with a type of phenomenological research. Data collection uses interview, observation, and documentation methods. The implications of implementing the tahajjud program in congregation for improving student discipline, namely increasing discipline towards time and discipline in good behavior. Efforts to overcome obstacles in the implementation of the tahajjud prayer program with guidance and understanding.
