The Korean National Labor Relations Commission(NLRC) system is an independent professional administrative committee with a quasi-judicial character in charge of coordination and judgment functions. The origin can be found in the American-style National Labor-Management Relations Board(NLRB). However, as it has developed independently for a long time, the function of quickly judging rights disputes has been strengthened, and as a result, it has developed into a very unique labor dispute settlement institution.BR As the function of the NLRC expands and its role becomes more important, lawsuits against the NLRC's decisions are increasing. Considering the independence and expertise of the NLRC, it is desirable for the NLRC to make an independent decision different from that of the court's precedent.
