Notarization of Inheritance Rights to the Property of a Production Cooperative (Artel) Member by a Notary

The article considers theoretical and practical problems related to inheritance of property of a member of a production cooperative. The author studies the legal nature of production cooperatives, defines the role of cooperatives in modern conditions of development of market economy. The author analyses the composition of the inheritance in the event of death of a member of a production cooperative and identifies contradictions that arise in the law enforcement practice when transferring a share in the order of hereditary succession. The article provides a list of documents necessary for notary to issue inheritance rights to the property of a member of a production cooperative. The author analyzes the algorithm of actions of the heir after receiving the certificate of the right to inheritance, including the procedure of acceptance of the successor into the members of the production cooperative.
