Conflict-of-Law Issues of Transfer of Patent Rights to Service Objects at Inheritance

The article presents the issue of the objects of patent law in the context of their regulation by the norms of the current Russian civil legislation. As part of the ongoing research, the confl ict of laws issues of the transfer of patent rights to service objects are considered. Special attention is paid to legal contradictions in the regulation of the procedure for extending and restoring the period for entry into the rights in question. Attention is also drawn to the diffi culties encountered in resolving the issue of payment of remuneration due to the testator in connection with the establishment of relations within the framework of patent rights to offi ce objects.
