The ⁷He nucleus was studied by the $(d,p)$ reaction at 29A4pt0exMeV beam energy. The ⁷He spectrum was measured up to 8 MeV above the ⁶He+n threshold. The forward-backward asymmetry in the neutron emission from unbound states of ⁷He has been found. That implies the presence of a positive parity partial wave in the ⁷He spectrum.
