A methodological approach to building a quality management system based on the identification and analysis of standard requirements is proposed. The evolution of quality management system models presented in international standards on the basis of increasing the amount of information involved is considered. The correlation between the concepts of requirement and need is established. The step-by-step analysis of the international standard ISO 9001 for the construction of quality management system and applied industry analogues of quality management systems for aerospace industry organizations AS9100D and AS13100A is given. The fundamental order and the content side of interaction of requirements depending on their form of representation is established: the form of attachment (matryoshka doll) and the form of hierarchical structure (tree). The general scheme of building quality management systems on the basis of transition to a formalized model and use of the concept of requirements engineering including requirements management is proposed.
