This research aims to determine the influence of brand image, price and customer reviews on consumer buying interest in Sidoarjo gacoan noodles, especially students at Muhammadiyah University in Sidoarjo. The method in this research uses a quantitative approach by utilizing purposive sampling techniques as a sampling method and sample calculations are carried out using the Slovin formula, processed using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 25. The results in the research are a combination of brand image, price and customer reviews has a significant influence on customer interest in purchasing Mie Gacoan Sidoarjo products. Brand image does not have a significant influence while price and customer reviews have a significant influence on customer interest in purchasing the product.
