Problems of the Development of a Legal Model of IT Outsourcing in the Banking Sphere

In the article the author addresses the analysis of the concept of the legal model of a universal IT outsourcer in the banking services market with a detailed analysis of the ways of forming the authorized capital of such an integrated company. Special attention is paid to the advantages and disadvantages of the participation of the Bank of Russia, credit institutions, developers of banking software or other subjects of the IT outsourcing market, as well as associations (unions) in the authorized capital of a universal IT outsourcer.
