The professionalism of a teacher lies in the perfection of pedagogical activity, which encourages him to constant growth. Also, in our opinion, the leading role in the perfection of pedagogical activity is played by the creativity of the teacher. The article examines the issue of the formation of pedagogical creativity of a future primary school teacher. Pedagogical creativity is an integral part of the professional activity of a modern teacher, especially at the level of primary education, where the foundation of the child’s intellectual, emotional and moral development is formed. A future primary school teacher must not only master thorough knowledge of pedagogy, psychology, and teaching methods, but also learn to apply them in a creative way, creating conditions for the comprehensive development of students. The formation of the pedagogical creativity of a future teacher occurs gradually and involves a combination of several components: theoretical training, which provides an understanding of the laws of the educational process and basic methodological techniques, practical experience, which allows you to test your knowledge in real conditions of pedagogical interaction and develop an individual style of activity and personal development, because creative pedagogical activity requires empathy, flexibility of thinking, openness to new things, and the ability to find non-standard solutions. It has been established that the formation of pedagogical creativity is a key condition for the development of a future primary school teacher. The development of pedagogical creativity of a future teacher is possible under the condition of targeted training in higher education institutions, organization of pedagogical practices, stimulation of students’ research activities, as well as the formation of motivation for self-improvement. Supporting creative initiatives, participating in project work, and using information technologies create a favorable environment for professional growth.
