Purpose. To evaluate the clinical efficacy of subthreshold microimpulse laser exposure in patients with central serous chorioretinopathy. Material and methods. Patient K., born in 1973, was under observation with a diagnosis of OD Central serous chorioretinopathy. Mild hypermetropia. The patient underwent subthreshold micropulse laser exposure. Results. According to the results of the treatment, exudative phenomena decreased, positive dynamics was noted, and visual acuity increased. Conclusion.The use of subthreshold microimpulse laser exposure as a treatment for central serous chorioretinopathy contributes to the improvement of clinical and functional parameters.
