Ameloblastoma is a benign odontogenic tumor. It develops from epithelial tissue and is characterized by invasive growth, causing significant local destruction. Special attention is paid to the early detection of the condition, for the implementation of minimally invasive surgical treatment, in order to reduce the potential disabling consequences. The study was based on the analysis of the medical records of patients who requested specialist assistance in IMSP IMU with Ameloblastoma during the years 2001-2022. Histological confirmation of the diagnosis was in a small number of cases, which highlights the need for a more thorough examination of the clinical, radiological and morphopathological aspects of ameloblastoma.
