Since silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) are useful in focusing on certain tissues and harmful bacteria, their green manufacture and uses have drawn the attention of several researchers. The aim of this work is to create and analyze silver nanoparticles from Vincetoxicum subramanii completely grown leaves. In this work, stable AgNPs were produced at a concentration of 0.1 mM silver nitrate (AgNO3). The synthesis was verified spectrophotometrically detecting the shift in color from yellow to brown in the solution. These AgNPs were found to be crystalline using an X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) pattern. Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM) was used to characterize AgNPs in order to examine their size and shape. The well diffusion method was used to measure the silver bio-nanoparticles' antimicrobial activity. The technique yields effective antibacterial action against harmful bacteria in the form of Ag NPs. In the fields of nanotechnology and nanomedicine, silver nanoparticles are very important.
