Methods and Systems for Sharing Economic Management File Resources Based on Big Data

As the number of economic management documents continues to increase, people's demand for managing shared file resources is also increasing. The huge, diverse and decentralized nature has become a stumbling block to file management. Therefore, the article proposed a big data method to improve the efficiency of file resource sharing. Through the collection and collation of a large number of file resources in the field of economic management, including research reports, papers, and case studies, text mining and natural language processing technology were used to structure and semantically process these files to extract key information. In this way, a file resource management system was designed and implemented, and efficient file resource sharing and access were realized through the establishment of indexing, classification, and retrieval mechanisms. The research results showed that the data sharing speed of the system of this method was 50-60Kpbs, which had significant advantages. The system has not only improved the efficiency of the utilization of file resources, but also promoted knowledge exchange and cooperation in the field of economic management.
