The article discusses the use of big data technologies in order to increase the efficiency of production systems of enterprises and assess their economic effectiveness. The purpose of the study is to identify the factors and conditions for the successful integration of Big Data into management processes, as well as to develop recommendations for their implementation, taking into account industry specifics and security requirements. The methodological base of the research includes the analysis of statistical data, a review of Russian practice, the study of the results of pilot projects and domestic experience. The results show that the use of big data technologies contributes to increased forecasting accuracy, reduced time for managerial decision-making, and increased transparency of business processes. The authors note that the main conditions for effective implementation are the availability of qualified personnel, the modernization of infrastructure and the formation of an analytical culture. The work has practical value, as it formulates recommendations that can increase the sustainability and competitiveness of enterprises in the context of the digital transformation of the economy.
