Background In the further development of alloplastic prostheses for use in middle ear surgery MED-EL introduced a new mClip ARC partial ossicular replacement prosthesis in September 2021. With a combination of clip and micro ball-joint it seems to be stable and very flexible. Aim of this study was to analyze the first experience as well as the short-term safety and effectiveness of the mCLIP ARC Partial Prosthesis.
