Problems and Prospects of Improving the Management of State Property in the Chelyabinsk Region

The article examines the problems of state property management in the Chelyabinsk region and the prospects for its improvement. General concepts related to the management of state property are discussed. Data are provided on the practice of managing state property in the Chelyabinsk region. The main problems that hinder the process of managing state property in the region are identifi ed and ways to solve these problems are summarized. The importance and infl uence of the process of managing state property on the socio-economic sphere of the country’s development, its national security and the well-being of citizens living in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation is emphasized.
