Issues of e–commerce and cross–border trade in Russia as a member of the EAEU

The modern world has long stepped into the era of electronic technology. However, as it turned out, the ways to develop this area are endless. And the emergence and development of the Internet and global communication technologies only pushed participants in the market economy — trading enterprises — to work using a virtual system. This practice is called e–commerce. Issues of regulation of cross–border e–commerce are currently relevant and are being discussed at the highest level. The purpose of this article is to provide a basic assessment of the main ways to regulate electronic cross–border trade.
