Digital data acquisition is an indispensable element of chip testing, constituting a fundamental prerequisite for analyzing chip performance within a spectrum of testing modules. The advent of a versatile digital data acquisition tool can dramatically amplify the user-friendliness and operational efficiency of ATE test programs. During ATE testing, engineers frequently engage in manual configuration of capture points to accumulate data at specific vector time points. With the implementation of SMT8, we have efficiently streamlined this procedure through simplified code configurations. Nonetheless, the ever-evolving testing conditions necessitate recurrent code updates. To elevate user experience and streamline ATE operations, we have introduced a standardized library. This library empowers users to flexibly configure parameter sources, showcasing diverse parameter input interfaces. This library empowers developers to expeditiously construct digital capture tests. It caters to both neophytes and seasoned professionals, offering a malleable data input structure, simplifying verification, and furnishing an array of execution and result retrieval interfaces suited to multifarious purposes.
