At present, people's demand for visual perception is constantly increasing, the data transmission rate and the number of source driver pins of the DDIC are developing in the direction of faster and more, and the data transmission protocol is becoming more diversified with different application scenarios, such as USI/ISP /MIPI, etc. These technological and product changes have put forward higher requirements and adjustments for the automatic test of DDIC. Faced with the diversity of transport protocols, this paper provides an efficient GPIPG (General Procotol interface Pattern Generator) solution for all protocol-related test patterns on T639l, to meet the test demand of the next generation DDIC. This solution can easily generate test patterns and get corresponding test program, reduce engineers' human resources and program development time, and thus achieve the purpose of cost reduction.
