The use of ICT in the educational sector is not limited only to teaching and learning situations.It also extends to administrative uses.One of such ways it can be put to use administratively is in the development of an online student clearance portal using UI/UX Design and Figma as a software application tool.The term UI/UX stands for user interface/user experience design and refers to the practice of designing digital products with a userfirst approach.This work when implemented will help to ease the queuing and bureaucratic bottlenecks associated with student's clearance in institutions, as this online clearance system will help students to remotely and independently carry out their clearance proceedings without visiting their institutions.This system showcases a clear advantage and a higher yield of internet information processing over the traditional manual systems.The proposed work is limited to online clearance only.The integration of this scheme into the institutions website will foster an effective and wholesome information management regime in our tertiary institutions.
