The Russian public MD&D market dynamics is described based on state tender analytics for a period of 2019–2023. The negative trend in both value and units is revealed. Local MD&D players accelerated growth is stipulated leverage on J.Gans and H.Stern strategic tool while considering current geo-political, economic reality, Russian healthcare system challenges and the its prioritized pillars outlined in Government De-cree No. 2161 of 11/29/2022.
