Analysis reveals bottlenecks in production areas, suggesting strategies to improve overall equipment effectiveness and financial results.
The article is devoted to the application of OEE (overall equipment effectiveness) analysis in searching for reserves for improving the efficiency of individual production areas at an industrial enterprise. The work presents an event related to improving the efficiency of a production area of a machine-building enterprise, based on the problems identified in the analysis of the financial and economic activities of a machine-building enterprise, and considers the possibilities of increasing the potential of production activities and financial results, taking into account the influence of all possible factors of the internal and external environment. demonstration of the possibility of using the analysis to justify proposals for modernization of the production area based on OEE (overall equipment effectiveness) analysis. The subject of the study is the equipment loading parameters of the production area. The object of the study is the production area of a machine-building enterprise. The article considers a production area for processing a metal part. The OEE analysis technique was used to analyze the processes, bottlenecks were identified and methods for optimizing material and labor resources were proposed.
