This technology improves olefin yield in petrochemical processes, highlighting innovations in reactor design.
The developed and patented domestic technology of controlled catalytic cracking in a fluidized bed (CCF / FCC) with the using of self-developed biceolite catalysts is presented, which makes it possible to create universal catalytic cracking plants suitable for operation both in the classical fuel version of the process with maximizing the yield of high-octane components of commercial gasoline and in the petrochemical version with increased olefin yield and, in particular, propylene which is the most important raw material for petrochemical industries. The features of the process technology with the ability to control the structure of the yield of products, and the hardware design of the reactor-regenerator unit of such installations are discussed.
