This study aims to examine the influence of work-life balance, work environment, and organizational culture on nurses' job satisfaction at Muhammadiyah Rodliyah Achid Hospital, Moga. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 123 nurse respondents through a census method during May–June 2025. Hypothesis testing was carried out using SPSS. The results indicate that work-life balance and work environment have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, while organizational culture shows no significant effect. These findings suggest that improving work-life balance and workplace conditions can enhance job satisfaction among nurses, offering practical implications for hospital management to prioritize supportive policies and conducive work settings.
