Research analyzes self-management cultivation in college students, emphasizing code of conduct and highlighting diverse value challenges.
Against the backdrop of the new era, college student management is confronted with the dual challenges of diverse values and the digital wave. This paper focuses on the internal connection between the management of students' code of conduct and the cultivation of self-management ability. By analyzing the practical dilemmas in current management practices and exploring the root causes, it further proposes a three-dimensional optimization path of "norm guidance - independent empowerment - collaborative guarantee". The aim is to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance for colleges and universities to construct a student management system adapting to the requirements of the new era, and to help cultivate high-quality talents with a sense of rules and independent ability.
