Panorama: Erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation are highly prevalent problems for which there is still no consensus on the most effective treatment. Aims: To list the most effective pelvic floor physiotherapy techniques for male sexual dysfunctions. Method: Review of PubMed, SciELO, PEDro and Cochrane databases from 2004 to 2025, including pelvic floor muscle training (PFMT), biofeedback, myofascial release, electrostimulation, relaxation and physical exercises. The study excluded cases of prostatectomy, cancer treatment, pelvic surgeries, neurological diseases and medications for sexual dysfunction. Results: There was a significant improvement in erectile function, ejaculatory control and pelvic pain, as well as an increase in quality of life, with the combination of PFMT and biofeedback being particularly noteworthy. Conclusion: Physiotherapeutic interventions have proven to be effective, safe, and lowcost strategies for the treatment of male sexual dysfunctions, but the scarcity of clinical studies and the lack of methodological standardization reinforce the need for further research to consolidate the role of pelvic floor physiotherapy in male sexual health.
