This article examines the factors determining the investment attractiveness of digitalization in Russia's agro-industrial complex (AIC), which is key to increasing the efficiency, sustainability, and competitiveness of the industry in the current economic climate. This article presents a comprehensive analysis of the factors determining the investment attractiveness of digitalization in the AIC, with the aim of identifying the most promising areas and substantiating possible solutions. The paper examines various groups of factors influencing investment in digital projects in the AIC, including economic factors: the potential for increased profitability, market size and dynamics, government support, rapid return on investment, and the competitive environment are analyzed. Technological factors: the maturity and reliability of technologies, their innovativeness, integration with existing networks, data security, and compliance with standards are assessed. Social and environmental factors: the impact of digitalization on sustainable development, job creation, and the readiness of agricultural producers to implement technologies are analyzed. Risk Factors: The main risks associated with the implementation of digital technologies in the agro-industrial complex are identified and analyzed, including technology aversion, skilled labor shortages, technological disruption, and cybersecurity. The article presents the results of an analysis of extensive statistical data obtained from official sources (Rosstat, the Russian Ministry of Agriculture), analytical reports, market research, and specialized publications. Indicators of digital technologies, crop yields, costs, government support, and employment development are discussed.
