This record publishes EFT-A20, the “Frequency-Standard Network Co-Audit Protocol Family” in the EFT methods-layer protocol library. A20 specifies an auditable, preregistered workflow for joint analysis of height-resolved atomic-clock networks and multi-class time-and-frequency transfer links. It operationalizes four check points: (CH35) potential-scaled common drift in fractional-frequency residuals after standard GR redshift subtraction; (CH36) a zero-dispersion common delay on transfer links after multi-wavelength de-dispersion and reciprocity corrections; (CH71) an opposite-sign relation between local tick-rate residual y and link propagation-speed residual u under a unified convention; and (CH72) a jointly extracted latent variable J(t) (tension trajectory) that remains continuous across “second migration” boundaries when such data exist.
